Before our call you receive an online reflection questionnaire to help you review your past year ahead of our coaching session.
STEP 2: VIDEO COACHING SESSION
We meet on a 60 or 90 minutes coaching video call to review the past year, clarify your intentions and set your goals for the year ahead.
STEP 3: SESSION RECORDING + ROADMAP
After our session, you will receive the session recording, a roadmap with your goals, and the 2021 digital calendar sheets that I use every day.
